don't happen while driving. they happen during improper washing.
Rubbing a wash mitt directly over a dirty clear coat traps abrasive grit and sand,

Step 1: High-Pressure Rinse & Alkaline Pre-Wash
A high-pressure water rinse strips away loose top-layer sand and heavy debris.
Following this, an Alkaline (High-pH) snow foam or chemical spray is applied.
Alkaline surfactants target organic grime, grease, traffic film, and bug splatter,
breaking them down so they slide off during the rinse.Step 2: Acidic Pre-Wash for Mineral Dissolution
Water spots and mineral buildup cannot be removed by alkaline or neutral soaps alone.
An Acidic (Low-pH) pre-wash safely dissolves stubborn mineral deposits,
water marks, and salt residue embedded in the clear coat, restoring paint clarity.
3. Safe Contact Washing (pH-Neutral Lubrication)
Only after 80–90% of contamination has been removed touchlessly does contact washing begin.
Using a lubricated pH-Neutral Car Shampoo alongside high-density microfiber mitts,
the remaining fine film is gently wiped away.
Because the abrasive grit was already eliminated during pre-wash stages,
the paint surface remains 100% swirl-free.
